What do I have to do to get good answers?

Good results are a question of objectives. That is why we are glad to receive the most precise formulation of the order.

Specifically, we need a geographical indication, for example an address or plot number. If it is a project, you are welcome to send us the core documents, such as the planned uses and the stage the project is at. Should the analysis be used internally or is it intended for an investor or mayor?

What instruments and data does ImmoCompass use?

  • We use geographic information systems (GIS) and static tools for data evaluation and visualization.
  • Our own exclusive database contains real estate advertisements throughout Switzerland, location data on a hectare scale and data sets on retailers.
  • These data are supplemented by qualitatively verified external data from the Federal Statistical Office, Eurostat, as well as interviews, surveys and site visits.
  • We develop our own models for population development, future housing needs, price models and ratings.
